- Transparent Anti-Slip Strip Secure Grip, Worry-Free Safety. During operation, the glass cup and crystal ball become extremely slippery when coated with engraving oil, posing a risk of slipping and breakage. Applying the transparent anti-slip strip to the glass cup's exterior allows for a secure grip even with oil-coated hands. The transparent material ensures calibration lines remain visible, balancing safety and practicality.
- Acrylic Tray & Metal Stand Lift and Remove, Effortless Ball Retrieval. The custom perforated acrylic tray and metal stand assemble to fit over the glass cup rim. During processing, place the crystal ball on the stand. Once engraving is complete, simply lift the stand to remove the ball¡ªno need to reach into the oil. Clean and efficient operation.
- When engraving with the Engraving Fixture, ensure that the crystal is fully submerged in the inner engraving oil and that the oil level is 2mm above the crystal ball.

Important Notes:
- This kit is designed exclusively for official 8cm crystal balls. For other sizes, prepare your own container.
- The Crystal Ball Inner Engraving Fixture is reusable. The inner engraving oil can be reused multiple times. If the oil becomes cloudy after repeated use, replace it to maintain optimal engraving results.
- Wear rubber gloves during use. After use, clean with water and dish soap. Please note that contact with water during the engraving process may reduce the quality of the engraving. For best results, rinse with water only after the engraving is complete.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — THE iPAD DOESN’T TURN ON AT ALL
I received an iPad that is completely dead. It doesn’t turn on at all, no matter what I try.
I tested it with different chargers and adapters — nothing works. There’s no charging sign, no Apple logo, no reaction whatsoever. It’s just a dead device, clearly defective.
On top of that, the color is wrong. I ordered silver, but they sent me blue, which looks totally different from the pictures — it’s more like a dull gray tone.
I live in Armenia, and returning the product from here is extremely difficult and expensive, so I’m basically stuck with a non-working iPad that I can’t even use.
The whole situation is very disappointing — the product is not as described, it’s faulty, and the seller provides no proper help or responsibility.
Do not buy from this seller. The item was dead on arrival, the color was wrong, and the support was useless.
If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this seller completely.

Excelente pero mal en embalaje y cable
Excelente compra, la verdad esta como nueva, parece recien comprada de la tienda oficial pero el embalaje deja mucho que desear, perfectamente se pudo haber dañado pero no, y bueno otra cosa es que demasiado mala calidad de cable y cargador, minimo un cable genuino hubiesen puesto pero por dicha ese no es un gran problema.
